SAPauto Terms of Use
Last updated: 30 September 2026
1. Use at your own risk and responsibility for SAP changes
You use SAPauto at your own risk. You are responsible for all changes made in SAP systems by SAPauto under your SAP user account.
This provision applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. SAP credentials and sensitive information
The operator of sapauto.ru strongly advises against using SAPauto to automate SAP sign-in or storing information that is sensitive to disclosure in the product, including usernames and passwords for SAP systems.
3. Requirements for SAP GUI execution
For security, SAPauto requires you to complete the following steps before executing operations in SAP GUI:
- Sign in to the SAP system yourself using your own SAP username and password.
- Install the SAPauto Windows Agent on your local computer and link it to your own account at sapauto.ru.
- On sapauto.ru, select a process from the process catalog, select your open SAP GUI session, and click Run in SAP GUI.
The Windows Agent executes operations in the SAP GUI session you select. The MCP plugin does not initiate SAP GUI execution.
4. Service and access
SAPauto Production is a free plugin for working with an authorized SAPauto workspace through an OAuth-protected MCP connection.
These terms cover the SAPauto service at sapauto.ru, the SAPauto Windows Agent and the SAPauto Production plugin.
The service operator and publisher is Konstantin Lokshin (Локшин Константин).
Contact: support@sapauto.ru.
Access is provided individually through an initial sign-in link. You need a SAPauto account and permission to access a workspace. Use the service within the permissions granted to your account.
5. Shared workspaces
A workspace can be available to multiple users. Access does not establish individual ownership of the workspace. Changes to shared catalog content can affect other participants.
An account-related request does not automatically authorize deletion of the shared catalog or another participant's information. Requests concerning personal information are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and according to applicable requirements.
6. Plugin capabilities
The plugin supports reading and authoring operations, processes and Data Packages, reading SAP GUI recordings, and reviewing existing run history, results and diagnostics.
Save & check validates a draft without executing SAP. Publishing a revision is a separate action. This MCP connection does not execute processes in SAP GUI or transfer catalog data between environments.
Review proposed changes and the actual server response before relying on an edited or published revision.
7. Content and connected clients
Use only information and files that you are authorized to access, modify and share with the client you connect, including ChatGPT or Codex.
Do not provide passwords, access tokens or other authentication secrets in chat or support messages.
SAPauto's functions do not require or expect users to provide personal information. Use non-identifying aliases and avoid information that identifies a person in account names, free-text fields and uploaded content.
The client provider's terms apply independently of these terms. The Privacy Policy explains the exchange of information through MCP.
8. Pricing and support
The plugin is free. It does not offer purchases or process payments.
Support is available through the contact address above. The service does not provide a contractual service-level agreement or guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Current terms
